55BMW may suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if a violation of these terms is detected, if fraudulent activity is suspected, or if required by regulatory or legal obligations, and in cases of confirmed violations any remaining balance may be forfeited without compensation. You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support, and any eligible real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after standard verification checks.

55BMW is not liable for any losses arising from your participation in games, including losses resulting from technical failures, interrupted connections, or incorrect bets placed by the account holder. The platform is provided on an as-is basis and while reasonable efforts are made to maintain uptime and accuracy, no guarantees are made regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
